Retreat dates: April 11-15th

This retreat is part of a 10 day Ayurvedic cleanse program. The full program dates are 4/7-4/18. 

Escape the demands of your daily life and discover the transformative effects that 10 days of self care, deep nourishment and clean mountain air can have on your mind, body and spirit.

In this 10 day Ayurvedic spring cleanse program you’ll join Ayurvedic Health Coach & Yoga teacher, Lillian Jacobs, for retreat in  Idyllwild, CA during your deep cleanse days (4 nights). This will give your body the chance to truly experience the benefits of Ayurvedic cleansing. 

While on retreat we'll embark on a 4 day kitchari mono-diet to help your body expel heaviness from the winter and reset your body, mind & spirit to move into the spring and summer radiating balance!

Give yourself a break so your body can do its' deep cleaning work. 

As we transition into Spring our bodies' naturally undergo a detoxification process. During the winter we've been eating heavier seasonal foods, the weather has been dry and cold and our bodies' have likely put on a few extra lbs. to keep us warm. This is all normal and expected! But as the weather begins to warm up our bodies need some assistance is moving through the heaviness (also known as kapha dosha) in order to lighten up for spring & summer!

And by the way, this isn't done through skipping meals, beating yourself up in HIIT classes or swallowing a bunch of supplements.

Your body can do all of it's rebalancing, rebooting and deep-cleaning through a regimen of easy to digest Ayurvedic meals, self care practices and lots of rest

This is exactly why I'm offering a cleanse retreat during the spring. I'll do the Ayurvedic cooking & cleaning for you. Lead you through the yoga classes and enforce the 10pm Ayurvedic bedtime.  

All you have to do? Show up with an open mind ready to rest, connect, rejuvinate and restore... oh and eat kitchari on this porch with some pretty rad new friends!  

What's included while on retreat: 

  • 3 organic fresh cooked Ayurvedic cleansing meals/day;
  • Daily yoga classes;

  • Daily evening sound baths;

  • Guided forest bathing and nature hikes;

  • Ayurvedic cooking class and self care workshops (optional); 

  • All of the Ayurvedic supplies you'll need for your self care practices;

  • Additional (surprise!) yogic practices throughout the weekend to deepen your experience.

In addition to your 4 night retreat you'll also receive: 

  • Access to my online spring cleanse course loaded with information on Ayurveda that will support you through your ten days (and beyond!);
  • A 30+ page cleansing manual with daily instructions, shopping lists, and recipes you can use throughout the year;
  • One in-person meeting at CFY (in LA where you'll connect with your community of cleansers, learn about the process of Ayurvedic cleansing, and ask any questions you may have (this will be recorded for those who can't make it); 
  • Wrap up meeting post-retreat to support you with life beyond the cleanse (also recorded for those who can't make it);
  • Access to a private Whatsapp group where you can ask questions will receive daily tips and can stay connected to the cleanse community before and after your retreat.

The Schedule:  

  • Pre retreat: 
    • Sunday 4/7 at 2pm: Pre-retreat kick-off meeting at Center for Yoga. At this meeting you'll learn all about the Ayurvedic cleanse process, connect with your retreat crew and get started on your prep journey. 
    • Tuesday 4/9: Precleanse day 1 in the comfort of your own home. You'll begin eliminating inflammatory foods from your diet and incorporating Ayurvedic practices into your routine. This step is important and will prepare you for your retreat! 

Retreat Daily Schedule:  

  • Thursday 4/11: 
    • 4-6pm: Arrive at  the mountain house in Idyllwild, Ca.
    • Enjoy dinner, welcome circle, intention setting and evening restorative yoga & soundbath. 
    • Unpack, relax and sink into nature. 
  • Saturday 4/13:  
    • 7:00-8:00am: Morning Ayurvedic Practices: hot lemon water, journaling, dry brushing, etc. 
    • 8:00-9:15am: Morning Yoga Practice. 
    • 9:15-10:00am: Kitchari breakfast with detox tea.
    • 10:00-1:00pm: (optional) Ayurvedic cooking class. 
    • 1:00pm-1:45pm: Kitchari lunch with fresh veggies, chutneys and detox teas. 
    • 1:45pm-6:00pm: Downtime:  hot tub, arts & crafts, read, hike, nap, explore the town, connect with those in the house. 
    • 6:00pm-6:45pm: Kitchari dinner with fresh veggies, chutneys and detox teas. 
    • 7:00-8:00pm: Evening Restorative yoga & soundbath. 
    • 8:00pm:  Abhyanga & evening self care workshop. 
    • 9:30pm: Ayurvedic Bedtime. Lights out. 
  • Saturday 4/13:  
    • 7:00-8:00am: Morning Ayurvedic Practices: hot lemon water, journaling, dry brushing, etc. 
    • 8:00-9:15am: Morning Yoga Practice. 
    • 9:15-10:00am: Kitchari breakfast with detox tea.
    • 10:00-1:00pm: (optional) hike & forest bathing practices.
    • 1:00pm-1:45pm: *Afternoon/Evening of Silence* Kitchari lunch with fresh veggies, chutneys and detox teas. 
    • 1:45pm-6:00pm: Downtime:  hot tub, arts & crafts, read, hike, nap, explore the town, connect with those in the house. 
    • 6:00pm-6:45pm: Kitchari dinner with fresh veggies, chutneys and detox teas. 
    • 7:00-8:00pm: Evening restorative yoga & soundbath
    • 8:00pm: {Optional} Abhyanga demo & self care workshop. 
    • 9:30pm: Ayurvedic Bedtime. Lights out. 
  • Sunday 4/14:  *circadian rhythm detox day// no lights or screens in the house*
    • 7:00-8:00am: Morning Ayurvedic Practices: hot lemon water, journaling, dry brushing, etc. 
    • 8:00-9:15am: Morning Yoga Practice. 
    • 9:15-10:00am: Kitchari breakfast with detox tea.
    • 10:00-1:00pm: (optional) hike & forest bathing practices.
    • 1:00pm-1:45pm:  Kitchari lunch with fresh veggies, chutneys and detox teas. 
    • 1:45pm-6:00pm: Downtime:  hot tub, arts & crafts, read, hike, nap, explore the town, connect with those in the house. 
    • 6:00pm-6:45pm: Kitchari dinner with fresh veggies, chutneys and detox teas. 
    • 7:00-8:00pm: Evening restorative yoga & soundbath. 
    • 8:00pm:Abhyanga & evening self care. {Optional}: moonbathing and guided meditation. 
    • 9:30pm: Ayurvedic Bedtime. Lights out. 
  • Monday 4/15: 
    • 7:00-8:00am: Morning Ayurvedic Practices: hot lemon water, journaling, dry brushing, etc. 
    • 8:00-9:15am: Morning Yoga Practice. 
    • 9:15-10:00am: Kitchari breakfast with detox tea.
    • 10:00-1:00pm: departure. You'll be sent back to LA with kitchari for your remaining two detox meals. 

 

Who we are: Lillian Jacobs 

Lillian is an RYT 500hr Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Health Coach and hormone health coach.  Her yoga journey started early on. As a kid she has fond memories of traveling to yoga ashrams where she learned to stick her legs up the wall in yoga classes and chant along in kirtans. It was no wonder that she signed up for her first yoga teacher training while in college and has never looked back. 

In 2020 Lillian became a Holistic Health Coach in 2013 with IIN, an Ayurvedic Health Coach with the Joyful Belly School of Ayurveda in 2020 and a Hormone Health Coach with IIN in 2021. She's a firm believer that your body is on your side and ancient wisdom helps us realize that. She has been leading virtual seasonal cleanses since 2018 and is beyond excited to support you through this journey while on retreat. Lila Bassior

Lila is a sound bath facilitator and yoga teacher of 10+ years and loves what she does with her entire heart! A proud graduate of the YogaWorks teacher training program and the Shakti Sound Bath Sound Healer Program, she is thrilled to share her knowledge and love of yoga, sound healing, pranayama, meditation, ayurveda, and astrology with students of all ages and experience levels. Insatiably curious, she enjoys being the student as well as the teacher, and continues to bring new ideas, philosophies and healing modalities into her classes. Lila is delighted to share her passion with all those who desire to tread the glorious path of yoga, and is honored to be a part of each student's yogic journey.
