How it works:
An Ayurvedic cleanse is not about deprivation or punishment. It's all about self care, self love and nourishment. I will be your tour guide through this 10 day home cleanse experience. You will receive detailed instructions on what to eat (but not in a scary restrictive way!), when to eat and the specific Ayurvedic self care practices for the season. We'll use the traditional Ayurvedic dish kitchari (pictured) and abhyanga (ayurvedic oil massage) to facilitate our bodies' detoxification.

Prep Period
As long as you need.
Begin setting intentions and preparing your mind, body, and kitchen. Use this time to review the daily habits workbook, start weaning off caffeine, sugar, and alcohol, and get organized with the provided shopping lists. Lots of support and information on this is available to you instantly when you join.
Kickoff Call
Prerecorded and ready for you to watch!
This prerecorded video lesson dives into the “why” behind Ayurvedic cleansing and reviews everything you need to start strong. You'll set your Ayurvedic daily habits (workbook and video tutorials included) and cover all the details to help you feel confident and ready.
Pre-Cleanse Days
Days 1-3
Ease your digestion, prepare your body to release toxins, and rebalance kapha dosha with seasonal, easy-to-digest Ayurvedic recipe (included in the guidebook). Incorporate daily rituals to restore energy, improve sleep, and ground your routine. You'll be feeling better in no time!
Kitchari (deep) cleanse days
Days 4-7 (can be shortened or lengthened as desired)
You're going deep now! For 4 days we'll mono-diet on a simple, nourishing meal plan centered around kitchari, an Ayurvedic dish that supports detoxification and digestion. Additional lifestyle practices are included to help reset your circadian rhythm and deepen the detox.
Reintegration Period
Days 8-10
Your body is still cleansing deeply during this time! We'll incorporate ayurvedic practices to stoke your agni (metabolism) as you gently transition out of the kitchari mono-diet. During these days we maintain seasonal recipes and lifestyle practices that always has participants asking "how do we keep this going?"

Day 10-beyond
You'll gain access to a prerecorded lecture on how to continue using the tools and guidance provided in this program to sustain the digestive & hormonal health! Trust me, you won't want this to end. Ongoing 1:1 support is available as needed for those uncovering deeper imbalances, food sensitivities and wanting a more personalized approach.
