Join Master Yoga Teacher & Ayurvedic Health Coach, Lillian Jacobs for a 3 day retreat in California's most enchanting hidden gem, Idyllwild. This is more than just a yoga retreat, it's a chance to reset your nervous system and reboot your mind & body with daily yoga classes, detoxifying ayurvedic meals, seasonal ayurvedic practices, forest bathing and so much more.
Ayurveda isn't about popping pills or diet plans.It's about rediscovering who you are at your core essence. In this 3-day experience we'll do just that.

This isn't some premonition or lucky guess. It's the time-tested wisdom of the sister science to yoga.
Here's why:
From an Ayurvedic standpoint, the fall is the transition between Pitta season (summer) & Vata season (winter) and our body needs a lil' extra TLC in this time. Through yoga, nutrition self care practices & nervous system reset we:
➣ Release accumulated heat & inflammation in the body (Pitta).
➣ Rebuild our digestive capacity to handle the heartier winter foods (Agni).
➣ Rehydrate our tissues and cells (Vata).
➣ Reboot our immunity and vitality (Ojas).
We'll dive deep into all of this on our 3 day retreat.

- 3 night stay at private creekside property in Idyllwild (1 acre to ourselves, hammocks, hot tubs, plenty of indoor & outdoor space for relaxing) learn more about the magical property here!

About your leader: Lillian Jacobs
Lillian is an RYT 500hr Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Health Coach and hormone health coach. Her yoga journey started early on. As a kid she has fond memories of traveling to yoga ashrams where she learned to stick her legs up the wall in yoga classes and chant along in kirtans. It was no wonder that she signed up for her first yoga teacher training while in college and has never looked back.
In 2020 Lillian became a Holistic Health Coach in 2013 with IIN, an Ayurvedic Health Coach with the Joyful Belly School of Ayurveda in 2020 and a Hormone Health Coach with IIN in 2021. She's a firm believer that your body is on your side and ancient wisdom helps us realize that. She has been guiding group cleanses, yoga classes, workshops and more for 13 years and can't wait to host you for the weekend in Idyllwild.
